VCI emitter
VCI emitter is composed of porous plastic shell with built-in VCI agent and back adhesive. It is suitable for metal antirust in closed space, especially in clean environment. Under normal temperature, this product reaches and adsorbs on the metal surface through continuous gasification and diffusion, forming a molecular protective film to effectively prevent metal surface corrosion.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
- Suitable for steel, iron, aluminum and its alloys, copper and its alloys and other metals;
- Storage and packaging of electrical equipment or electrical circuits and junction boxes;
- Telecommunication equipment, remote electronic equipment, toolbox;
- Fuse box and power box;-Scientific measuring instruments;
- Rust prevention of metal parts during turnover or storage.
DOS & DONT'S
The surface of the protected workpiece shall be clean and dry;
Pay attention to the adaptability with paint and rubber parts;
Rain, snow and direct sunlight shall be prevented. Handle with care to avoid damaging the protective packaging layer;
It shall not be stored together with chemicals. It shall be no less than 1m away from the heat source and no less than 0.1M away from the ground;
This product is only for industrial use and should be kept away from children.
USAGE METHOD
It can be installed in the equipment with flat facade or plane. Before installation, it is necessary to ensure that the bottom contact material is dry and clean;
During installation, please tear off the protective adhesive tape on the back, stick the foaming adhesive on the back to the predetermined position, press and stick it firmly;
Try to install it in the sealed space in advance to play a good role in rust prevention;
Each emitter can protect the effective space within 100 liters. For the space greater than 100 liters, it is necessary to increase the number of emitters in proportion and make the divergence distributed in the box to achieve the best anti rust effect;
If it is opened frequently, it should be replaced every 3-6 months.
STORAGE REQUIREMENTS
Shelf life: one year;
Storage: store in a cool and ventilated place, and store and keep as general chemicals;
The formed VCI protective layer generally does not need to be removed before processing or use.
